Your fuzz balls are cute but I would only use tham for a teen or adult.
In my opinion, they are much to dangerous for for small children or to have around pets.
Small children and pets will eat almost anything and yarn of any kind can be dangerous to the digestive system

    Oh, June!!!

I am SO excited about finding this pattern!!!!

Let me give you a little of my background. I am a 68-yr-old retired teacher who has been crocheting for 57 years, (and who will not have grandchildren.) Therefore, I need an outlet for my “crafting juices”. Over the years I have “dabbled” in MANY crafts. But in the end…I came back to my original one…crochet.

I have tried selling my products…no luck. (Many WANT my items…but they don’t want to pay ANYTHING for them.) I gave up on selling…and for several years my only crochet was for family and friends. After they had all the afghans, kitchen towels, etc. they could every need, I was at a loss. I kept thinking that God had given me this talent for a reason. Then I decided that it was for CHARITY! So…for the last 5 years I have been crocheting (and sewing) lap afghans and lap quilts for Hospice and Nursing Home patients, booties for all newborns at my local hospital, sets for the stillborn preemies, a small toy for all the children who come to the emergency room or are picked up by the ambulance, and Chemo caps and turbans for cancer patients. Since that time, I have been content.

Now…to explain my elation over the :”Fuzzy Balls”. My daughter is a Liscensed Physical Therapist who specializes in children. She is always on the lookout fo toys that she can use. I think the Fuzzy Balls will be GREAT for that. (And they will be a good Christmas gifr for her.)

Sorry about such a long post.
    Thank you for the pattern.
