OWL COLLECTION DETAILS
Owl Collection is a clever low-sew design: the head, body, legs and wings are all crocheted as one piece, giving you an elegant bird silhouette with the perfect owl posture and an effortlessly smooth result!
This pattern includes endless options: by varying the colours, the direction the head is looking, and the facial embellishments, you can make your own customised owls.
This is a detailed 11-page pattern. In addition to the written crochet pattern instructions, it includes 45 step-by-step photos for the special crochet and construction methods.
If you'd like to print it out, you can save paper and ink by printing just the written crochet instructions (without the photos, notes or assembly instructions), which are included as a bonus 4 page text-only Appendix to the patten. (If you do this, please refer to the full pattern on-screen if/when you need to look at the photos.)
BARN OWL DETAILS
This Expansion Pack includes all the modifications required to crochet a Barn Owl with realistic face shape and markings, either facing forward or looking to the right or left.
This pattern includes appendices for both right- and left-handers that clearly explain the special technique for crocheting the head so the face structure is built right in, and gives optional instructions that let you choose the direction you want your owl to look.

Hook: US E / 3.5mm
Size: approx 6" (15cm) tall when worked in worsted weight yarn.
