An original crochet amigurumi Elephant pattern from the AfricAmi range by June Gilbank.

Yarn: bulky weight yarn in blue or grey

Hook: US G7 / 4.5mm

Option: Use worsted weight yarn and an E US/3.5mm hook for a smaller elephant

Size: approx 6" (15cm) long, or approx 4" (10cm) long for worsted weight option 

Eye size: 9mm (or use 8mm eyes if you make them with worsted weight yarn instead of bulky weight)
