Please check your Spam folder, and add shop@planetjune.com to your contacts or safe list so you’ll receive future emails in your inbox.
Note: You don’t need the order confirmation email to be able to download your patterns – you can download your patterns at any time from your PlanetJune account (see I’ve bought a pattern – how and when will I receive it? for details).
If the order confirmation isn’t in your Spam either, the mostly likely scenario is that you misspelled your email address when you first created your PlanetJune account! Please email me with your name and email address and any details you remember from your order (e.g. the approximate date of your order and which pattern(s) you ordered). Once I’ve found your PlanetJune account, I’ll correct your email address so you’ll be able to log back in and download your patterns whenever you need to.
