When will you publish a book of your patterns?
I won’t ever publish a crochet pattern book – I’ve always turned down offers to write them and can’t see that changing in the future. PlanetJune is my livelihood, so I can’t do anything that would compete with that – my pattern shop is how I earn my living, so if you like PlanetJune patterns, buying the PDFs directly from me is, and always will be, the only way to get them!
I have published two crochet reference books: The Essential Guide to Amigurumi (the definitive reference guide to amigurumi techniques, with some parts based on my original book CIG to Amigurumi) and Everyday Crochet (the essential guide to learning crochet stitches and techniques, previously published in an earlier edition as IG: Crochet). For each of these, I designed new patterns that are available exclusively in the books and allow you to practice the techniques I teach in each book.
