Delivery (Patterns)
There are no charges for shipping for patterns; all patterns are available by digital download as soon as your payment has been received:
PayPal payments
Your patterns will be available for download immediately.
PayPal eCheck payments
Your pattens will available for download once the eCheck has cleared, which usually takes several days. You may log into your PayPal account to see the expected clearing date.
Cheque/check
Your patterns will be available for download once your cheque/check has cleared.
Cash/money order payments
Your patterns will be available for download once payment has been received.
Note: for US customers, I can accept any money order except USPS Domestic money orders (green coloured). I am able to accept money orders from your bank, and USPS International money orders.
Shipping and Delivery (Eyes)
Shipping charges are calculated by destination (Canada, US, or International). All items will be shipped by Canada Post within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

Note: it is highly unlikely that the weight of your order will exceed the minimum shipping cost shown below (plastic eyes are very light!). To check your shipping costs before you order, add the eyes to your shopping cart, click 'estimate shipping' and choose your destination country.

These prices are for standard shipping by Canada Post (Lettermail within Canada; Light Packet to US/International). Optional insured rates are also available: add items to your shopping cart then click 'estimate shipping' to see the insured rates.
Do I need to pay for insured shipping? It's entirely up to you whether you choose to pay for insured shipping or not. To help you decide, let me tell you that, of the hundreds of packages I've shipped worldwide, only one has ever not arrived (and that was to Italy, which is notorious for losing mail). The choice is yours!
