- From the menu bar at the top of the page, click log in and log in to your PlanetJune account.
- From the menu bar at the top of the page, click my account. You will be able to see the status of your orders:
- Pending means your payment has not yet been received and your patterns are not yet available
- Processing or Completed means your payment has been received and your patterns are available to download
- Click view to see the patterns in your order
- Click download to download a pattern as a zipped PDF file
Each pattern may be downloaded up to 5 times over a 2-week period, in case you forget where you saved it and need to download it again.
If you experience any problems with downloading or opening your patterns, please contact me.
If your pattern download period has expired and you need to download the pattern again, please contact me and explain why you need it, and I will re-enable the download.
How to open your files
When you download the file it should be called XXXX.zip
- When you have saved the file XXXX.zip to your computer, if you double click it, it should open just like a folder on your computer and you will see the PDF file inside.
- You can then save the PDF file to wherever on your computer you want to store it.
- Open the PDF by double clicking it
- or - - Drag it to another location to save it
- or - - Copy it to another location to save it
- Open the PDF by double clicking it
