Delivery (Patterns & Ebooks)

There are no charges for shipping; all patterns and ebooks are available by digital download from your PlanetJune account as soon as your payment has been received:

PayPal/Stripe payments
Your patterns are available for download immediately.

PayPal eCheck or Check/Cheque/Money Order payments
Your patterns will available for download once your payment has cleared.

• eCheck: Payments usually take several days to clear. (You can log into your PayPal account to see the expected clearing date.)
• Check/Cheque/Money Order: This will take a little longer; please allow time for me to receive your payment by mail, plus time to deposit it at the bank and for the payment to clear before your patterns are available. 

Shipping and Delivery (Crochet Tools)

My crochet tool shop opens on occasion, for pre-orders only. (Please sign up to be notified next time the shop opens!)

When the pre-order window has closed, all orders will be packed and sent at once, and I'll notify you once your order has shipped.

Shipping is available worldwide:

• Items shipped within Canada will be sent by Canada Post lettermail, which is the only reasonably-priced option for shipping small items! (Please note that lettermail does not include tracking.)
• Items shipped to the US will be sent by Chit Chats US Tracked. (Tracking is included.)
• Items shipped outside North America will be sent by Asendia International Priority Tracked or Chit Chats International Tracked, depending on your location. (Tracking is included.)

Shipping Rates
To check your shipping costs before you order, add the items to your shopping cart and click 'estimate shipping'. If there are no rates available for your country, please contact me and I'll add them for you!
