The pattern for the triceratops is really clear--even the complicated construction of the ruff is easily understandable with the text and photographic instructions. I've made three of these so far, and the recipients were all delighted. Somehow my ruffs always have more "points" than the one in the pattern, but it works up evenly, so I'm not complaining!
