An original crochet amigurumi Tyrannosaurus Rex pattern from the dinosaur range by June Gilbank.

Tyrannosaurus rex was one of the largest carnivores, at about 40 ft long. It used its long tail to counterbalance the weight of its big head, it walked on its back legs, and had almost comically tiny arms. It lived in the late Cretaceous period.

Yarn: worsted weight yarn (the T. rex pictured uses Lion Brand Vanna's Choice yarn)
