When problems occur

Once you've bought a Gift Certificate, its value will be stored as a Gift Certificate Balance in your PlanetJune account, and you can then send some or all of it on to your recipient, together with a personal message.

To send a Gift Certificate, go to the Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box (which you'll find in the right sidebar of each page, or below the main page content on smaller screens).

When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following:
- The name of the person to whom you are sending the Gift Certificate.
- The email address of the person to whom you are sending the Gift Certificate.
- The amount you want to send. (Note: you don't have to send the full amount of your Balance.)
- An optional short message which will appear in the email.

You'll be given the opportunity to check/change everything before the email is sent, so please ensure that you have entered all the information correctly - especially the recipient's email address!
